'...While the Sun Shines'
Oil on Linen Panel
16 x 20
This is another painting from the Bream Farm, which is right
down the road from where I live. As most of my followers
know, I have a passion for hay bales, and this scene
with the early evening summer light was impossible to resist.
This painting is one of the paintings that will be on display
for my exhibit at Brath and Hughes Fine Art Gallery during the
month of December. The opening reception is Friday evening,
December 7th from 6 to 9 P.M.
If you would like to see more of my work,
interested in purchasing any of my paintings you see
here on this blog, please contact me.

Once again, I love the background in this painting. You do that part so well, the other parts, too, but that is what I find most interesting about your work. Love it!
Beautiful painting. You captured that wonderful twilight light color.

Congratulations on this beautiful piece.
Such a lovely piece Claire!!! Congrats...
The hills, the greens, the trees...all the things I love about the state of Pennsylvania are captured in this beautiful scene, Claire. You live in a plethora of beauty, plenty of fodder for an artist.
