An Original Oil Painting
by Claire Beadon Carnell

'Sacre-Coeur Basilica'

A little study of the Sacre-Coeur Basilica from
my recent trip to Paris, France with my daughter.
On our very first day in Paris, we went up to the
second station of the Eiffel Tower right as the sun was
starting to sink in the sky.  The entire city
was bathed in a beautiful golden light - it
was absolutely breath-taking, and an amazing
way to start our adventure in France!

Ah, now that is quick - but best to get some of these down while they are fresh in your memory - I knew you would get to this one by what you said about the light. It's wonderful! Must have been such a special trip, I bet it is number one in your dreams.
