This is one of the most beautiful places I have
ever visited, and the Serpentine holds special
memories of my first kayak adventure!
This is the Serpentine at dusk, with a softer
light and a path of water lilies inviting
you to enter.

Such a beautiful peaceful place! I get the impression of the day slowly coming to an end with all the sounds of God's little evening creatures.
NICE Dusk colors and mood...

Thank you Hilda - you are going to make my head swell :)
The evening mood is spell bounding with the water lilies adding so much of life to the composition, beautiful as usual! Take care!
I can only agree with your sense of this place. Truly a beautiful piece, Claire. I've never been kayaking but this would be the place I'd want to do it!
Lovely, very serene. Looks like a place I would live to dream of.,
So lovely! This piece was painted with heart and soul and your affection for the Serpentine whispers from the canvas. No one else could have painted this and captured the same light and mood.
What a wonderful painting! I just wanted to step into it.
Beautiful, Claire. I love the mood you were able to capture.
