Last fall I had one of those moments when you
are at the perfect place at the perfect time.
I was so glad that I had my camera and could
capture the long shadows being cast by the hay bales.
The light was so fleeting, but I was able to snap a few
shots and write down some color notes so I could
paint this one in my studio.

At first I had to look twice as everything is so sharp and bright. I love the stylizing and rendering of your work. Yes, it is a lovely moment.
