'Green Pears'
Oil 2.5" x 3.5"
My very first ACEO! Very different to be working at
this ultra-small size, but I have to admit I really enjoyed
working on this. The hard part is that you must get up and
put some distance between yourself and the painting to
really get the whole picture of what is going on with the work,
just as you do with larger paintings. I am already planning
my next one...
If you would like to see more of my work,
interested in purchasing any of my paintings you see
here on this blog, please contact me.

Magnifique travail et beau rendu que ces deux poires.. Il est bon parfois de peindre de grands formats...
Bisous
It's a challenge, such a small canvas, and it's a real success!Bravo, Claire!
A small masterpiece here, Claire! What gorgeous little blank/note cards this would make!!
A miniature masterpiece. x
That is small, nice job you did. Love the stream with rocks also!!
I find these little paintings are quite a bit like potato chips.... Nice job on these pears, they are just awash with sunlight!
It's a very nice piece, Claire. I agree with Autumn, it would be a nice note card.
Thanks so much for your comments everyone. I have to agree with nicole - think these might become addictive!
