Apple Reflections I
Oil 8 x 10
This is the other painting I did from a photo that was
presented on the Studio Atelier Online Blog Challenge.
I purposefully altered the
presented on the Studio Atelier Online Blog Challenge.
I purposefully altered the
'temperatures' of both paintings so that one would have
a slightly cooler feel to it, and the other would be warmer.
It was a lot of fun to paint, and of course if you saw
the earlier posts of my pear series (all of which are SOLD - yeah!),
you know how much I like my leaves...
If you are interested in seeing this painting in person,
a slightly cooler feel to it, and the other would be warmer.

Beatiful work!
I love both of your apple paintings, Claire, but this one would be my favorite. What Punch! And....love the leaves!
Thanks so much, Kim!
Thanks, Pat. I really enjoyed working on those leaves, and am glad you think they work!
Truly stunning, Claire! I think these are fabulous!
