Day 92
I was so pleased to find this tiny seckel pear with
its little leaf still attached. This pear is no taller than
one and a half inches, but it is packed with gorgeous,
rich color. Even the dried leaf had some beautiful
dark golden green. I was tempted to prop it up to
make the pear more upright - but it's own quirky
leaning stance was just more fun to paint.

92!! Way to go!
Claire this is just beautiful. So deceptively simple and rich. I just wanted to let you know that I have a new blog at http://conservativelybohemian.wordpress.com/ I am deleting the old one, unfortunately. Is it possible for you to add a "subscribe" widget on your sidebar? That way I will always know if you have a new post. I can't follow as easily on WordPress as I could on Blogger otherwise.
Hi Claire,
Enjoyed perusing your blog very much. Love the blue shadow under your pear. What a fabulous painting!
Thank you, Pam! I am having fun - will be sad to see this wind up.
Thanks, Sherry - I have already bookmarked your new blog.
Hello, Giselle! Welcome to my blog, and thank you for becoming a follower!!!
Beautifully painted, Claire. Love the subtle change of color on the pear!! PERFECT!!!
Claire, happy to! I'm looking to connect with other daily painters for inspiration and shop talk. Stop by mine if you're so inclined!!
Hi Claire, one really perfect pear And the end of this project is near! What dedication! I truly admire that, as I would never even dare join a daily painters forum!
