Gros bisous

What a wonderful surprise to finally get back to my blog after almost three days without power (we got hit pretty hard with that snowstorm that started in the early hours of Saturday morning - even our cell phones would not work!), and find such lovely comments from everyone. Thank you so very much - your taking time to follow and comment means more than you know.

I delivered my paintings this afternoon, and got to see all of the work together from all three of us artists that are being featured. It's been two years in the making, and was so neat to see it all before my eyes! Can't wait until the opening reception!!!

Beautiful painting, Claire. I like the high horizon, with the fields stretching out into the distance. Great depth. You did a wonderful job on the grasses with a variety of beautiful soft colors. I love the scattered white flowers, also.
