An Original Oil Painting
by Claire Beadon Carnell

'Winter Stream'
Oil on Linen Panel
14 x 11

This is a small stream up on the mountain that only
exists when there's been signifcant rain, or there's been
melt-off from snow.  There have been times when there is so
much water here that it creates tiny waterfalls
as it runs over the larger rocks.
A beautiful, solitary place...

gros bisous

Great composition to really pull the viewer into the space, those lovely woods.

Thanks so much, Sherry. I love the quiet of the woods, and the sounds of nature. Brings me right back to center.

Thank you, Anne! My grandson was with me today and gave me his ten year-old vote of approval, so I think I will call this done.
