KINGS GAP GARDEN

Day 45

This painting was done on sight at the
Kings Gap State Park this past Wednesday.
I had come home from painting, tucked my plein air
equipment away and completely forgot that my painting was
still in my pochade box (it's been a very busy week!)

Kings Gap is such a beautiful place. I can not begin to
describe the joy it is to paint there with butterflies and
dragonflies drifting around the flowers - and that's
just the garden.

You are almost halfway with this large task, Claire! A lovely summery painting!

You really nailed this, Claire. You are the quintessential plein air artist.
