Day 41

I painted this yesterday morning in the
gardens of Two Mile House, which is an historical
property owned and carefully tended by
the Cumberland County Historical Society.
While we were there painting, we had the pleasure
of a visit from a red-tailed hawk, who sat in
a cherry tree and 'talked' to us before she
flew away. Quite a treat!

Another great painting, Claire. It looks like a beautiful location. Now I really regret that I couldn't make it.

I especially love your brushstrokes and colors in this garden scene...just beautiful!
