Two young Concord pears in love. I couldn't
separate them from the fruit bin at the grocery
store, so I brought them home and immortalized
their love by painting them!
All of my paintings for this Challenge will be done in a 6 x 6 format,
and my main goal while painting from life
is to LOOSEN UP and USE MORE PAINT...
something which will only benefit my work.

Love the background color. It really sets off the fruit.
This is beautiful! Looks like they could just be picked out of that painting and eaten. I can almost taste them!

Thank you , Sunny. My pear models will slowly make their way into our meals...it feels a bit cannibalistic after how hard they have 'worked' for me!
Love the blush background that mimics the blush in the pear skin. Lovely!
