I always wondered if starfish were falling stars
that landed in the ocean, and decided to stay there.

All of my paintings for this Challenge will be done in a 6 x 6 format,
and my main goal while painting from life
is to LOOSEN UP and USE MORE PAINT...
something which will only benefit my work.

Oh wow - you did another starfish! This one has such color in it! What a special painting!! That is an interesting 'wonder' - makes me wonder, too.

That starfish theory never occurred to me. Alas, I've not much imagination I don't think. Anyway, this is lovely and the palette so perfect for highlighting this star of the sea.
