This is my twelfth entry for Leslie Saeta's 'Thirty Paintings in
Thirty Days Challenge 2015'. For this challenge, I have
decided to do thirty small studies from my trip last September
to Martha's Vineyard. My hope is that some of these studies
will be worked into larger paintings.
I can hear it now...'what does a tractor have to do with
Martha's Vineyard?' Well,,,while exploring one day, we found
this wonderful estate that had field plots that were boundried
by the lovely stacked stone walls commonly found on
Martha's Vineyard. In some of these plots, the owner
had placed an antique tractor. This red Farmall tractor
was my favorite!
