An Original Oil Painting
by Claire Beadon Carnell

'Gull Talk'
Oil 6 x 8

My husband and I were in Beaufort, North Carolina
over the fourth of July weekend to visit family, and
while we were there we took a water ferry over to
Shackleford Island. I spotted these gulls at the
edge of the water, and it looked like they were
having a nice chat and totally enjoying the view.

J'aime observer les mouettes, les oiseaux et les animaux en général... Belle peinture, félicitations.

Very nice, really like the bright white highlights on the gulls and the water is painted beautifully, too.

Gorgeous capture of the color of the sand beneath the water, Claire!
